Discovering bread was like being transported to a simpler time. When I bake, it’s just me and the yeast, working together towards a common goal: making the most magical loaf we possibly can. The movements are mechanical now, but the feeling still remains sentimental. I hope that everyone gets to experience that same, calm pull.

Sourdough Bread Baking Class

A hands-on experience in our home kitchen that includes Aero Bakery’s starter to take home, 1 boule banneton, and 2 loaves of bread. You will also be taking home a booklet with step-by-step instructions on how to create a starter, and how to bake a perfect sourdough, so that you can replicate the process in the comforts of your home. Each class lasts approximately 2 hours.

Sourdough Bagels Baking Class

A class that focuses solely on how to make sourdough bagels. Students must have taken the Sourdough Bread Baking Class prior, or must be able to demonstrate experience with shaping sourdough by hand. This class lasts approximately one hour, and is also a one-on-one, hands-on experience.
